TibEd is good for newbies to learn what some of the tags do, other than that, TibEd isn't really the program you should use for editing the rules files...

PS, R:ROTC began on TibEd.

I like more notepad than TibEd. Why? Cuz TibEd is kind of colorful, and I learned using notepad, so I like it more. The same thing would occur if somebody gives me an automatic-electric knife for cutting bread, (I love bread) I would like more the manual knife, cuz the simple one is with I had always used.

i have only used tibed for the what goes with what tool and thats it. Its not hard at all to use notepad to mod i usually just cut n paste a similar building, vehicle or inf and customize it to what i want. you dont need to type out everything Fenroe. TibEd tends to cause more problems and the convienece it may seem to offer.
