Default Opening modified rules.ini files in TibEd?

I've got a old edited rules.ini file on my computer, and I want to edit it some more in TibEd, since I find working in TibEd a lot faster than having to manually type out all the codes I edited.

Is there a way I can open the folder in TibEd? I can't be bothered to copy and paste every indiviual entry on the ini file into TibEd

Highlight stuff with your mouse.
ctrl+c
click where you want text to go
ctrl+v
edit the odd characters (like changing 'yes' to 'no', etc)

Trivia question, for anyone to answer:
Name a mod I can download which was made using TibEd.

Notepad will just be fine. You don't have to use any other tools. However, if you'd like (for better looking interfaced editors) you can have XCC ini editor or D's tools.

Well, rumor had it D's INI Editor will be released soon...
Until then, TextPad is very good, especially if you built yourself a custom color coding scheme for .inis.
