stealth technology is too much hi tech for the Sovs. for the Allies, it could be more of an advantage.
just leave it alone. it is too unbalanced and useless when you implement stealth on suicide units and it commands a high price too.
Stealth should be implemented on units like tanks and infantry (if possible)..
do you like the Computer AI use "Stealthed Demolition Trucks" against you? unless you wanted to be surprised that your base is leveled to the ground without even knowing that you've been infiltrated by the enemy..

Yo XComet you said that stealth is to high tech for the sovjets, but if you play deezire the sovjets have cloackable units and the allies don't.
Tough i must say they've stolen a prototype phase in RA, but if they have the tech they can copy it

yes, Stalin commisioned Volkov to steal that APC-looking w/ missile turret "Phase Transport" from the Allies. then, Volkov test-drive the unit in a mission wherein you must destroy the Allied Radar Dome and the Allied Tech Center.
Deezire intended the stealth tech to be part of the Soviet Tech for balancing purposes if you could recall all the technology that the Allies did, they have an edge..
it is just a stolen tech. but, still the Allies developed and own the Stealth technology..

I already did it, in my mod AI use two demo trucks to attack a base, and the base blows halfly. To make AI recover quickly, i let them have super-oil derrick. And i'm thinking of stealth-object-smelling hounds, that can uncloak stealth demo truck. As my new side has a high-tech it has that kinda stealth tech.

Allied Spies' has also the ability of revealing a disguised Mirage Tank when the [MGTK] disguises as a Tree then an Allied Spy walks by then, the Mirage Tank "undisguises" or reveals itself.
i was then surprised by this new discovery but guys, have you noticed it too? thanx!!

Okay, couple of things. First, the stealth tech didn't belong to the Allies first. If you recall the original C&C the brotherhood, who derived from the Sovs, had the stealth tank. Of course it was stolen in the expansion to red 1, but it was still originally the Soviet/NOD tech. As for a disguise on the demo truck just change the image of the truck to look like a civillian vehicle. That is what I did for my DeMag Truck witch was an allied demo truck that had a lightning strom type death weapon (names dumb, but couldn't think of anything else).

You are confused. When it was stolen from the Allies, all documentation, research, and any other prototypes were destroyed, so the only surviving technology was the prototype held by the Soviets.
So that's how Nod has the stealth tank.
