Default Autodeploying infantry?

I seem to recall some posts in here quite a while back where someone claimed to have gotten infantry to autodeploy to use their secondary weapon, based on the settings for the Verses= of the 2 warheads involved. I've searched but I can't find those posts though.

I was doubtful when I read those posts, to be honest. But if someone knows how to indeed make it work, could someone post an example of working code?

i think just like the juggernaut in FS. When you attack the target It will find a flat tile to deploy itself. But its a vehicle

i think it was a way to make the siege chopper work as well i.e. it would automatically switch to secondary weapon in order to kill enemy armour but highly doubtful indeed.

When I searched I found several references to that topic, which was an interesting read given I missed it the first time around, being it went on during my 'hiatus' last year.

But I distinctly remember something about infantry, but from my testing I just can't get it to work myself. Maybe there's some unit tag I'm missing, or some additional weapon settings I'm lacking, or else our doubt is well-founded...

100 credits says it's more hardcoded DESO voodoo. PreventAutoDeploy, CellInset, ant all that jazz.

Which means WW tried to make it work and probably messed up, and now their leftovers prevent us from having autodeploy.
