Default Skirmish Loading Screens
does anyone know of a good tutorial (or teacher) that can show me how to make custom skirmish loading screens for new countries? if it helps, i use paint shop pro, but have no idea what i'm doing.

copy as pcx, png and edit

if u want new countries need pad
