I use VSE3 too. If there is a better tool to edit vxls - please inform me. As everyone knows, we can transform VXLs to PCX then back with XCC mixer. Dang, I better stick with VSE!

I'm unupdated with vse 2, but i just use photoshop to edit the colour and details that aren't in the actual shape.
