hey guys, i been working on an idea, it's rusty and a work in progress (so please dont say its sh*t or pants and stuff along the lines, it's my first try)

Title-RED ALERT 2 "THE REGIME
Armys-
Allies: America, UK, Germany, Korea, France
Soviet: Russia, Lybia, Cuba, Iraq
The Regime: Regime (replaces yuri's army)
The Story
During the War between the soviets and the allied forces, Yuris uprising nearly succeded in the one almost unatainable goal of world domination, during this time, a new power was forged in secret, in the heart of the UK, deep in the southeast a new plot was put together by two great minds, years before the war they had been planning this "new plot"during the war, the two countries were be weakened, their armys scattered across the globe, so in the time of need they gathered their men and
approached the UK Gov, and requested that they be allowed to join the war, and serve their country, the alliance held a secret meeting, the location was never revealed, after days of talking and pleeding, their request was granted, the Alliance gave this new army all of the research and resources they needed, and had deep trust in the politicle leaders of this new army but they were all deceived. During the time the dubbed "regime" began their research, to the normal human eye the research they conducted was acceptable, but to the trained eye of the alliance technicle leader albert einstein, he knew that the research they conducted was highly illegal in his eyes, genetic research, human recycling, and altering brain function to create soldiers of immence strength and power, they were tested to the limit, and then destroyed and recycled, they tampered with technology stolen from Yuri, the Regime scientists researched their mind control techniques, although the technology they developed was not as advanced as Yuri's work, they still had made a powerful weapon, einstein confronted the the two leaders,
"the fathers" they called themselves, and enquired about their work, the fathers knew he was on to them, and attempted to brainwash the defenceless einstein, but luckily he carried with him his powerful chrono technology, and transported away. Immediatly he came before the alliance leaders, and pleaded that they seize the resources and funds being put into the Regime the alliance leaders, enraged, confronted the regime and its fathers. They denied the existence of their bio genetic research labs, einstein, took the alliance to the location of the secret research labs of the regime, but there were none there, that had dissapeared. The alliance, furious with einstein, decreed that einstein was not to further pursue the matter, enraged, einstein had to agree, and
more funds and resources were put into the regimes hands.
Once research into the regime technology was completed, they took it begfore the alliance leaders, in hope it would be put into the
battlefield, the alliance leaders, with einsteins consultation, were disgusted by the human recycling and mind control projects, and
they immediatly ordered the disbandment of the regime and its forces, the fathers, calmly, agreed...but did they?...
Days later the alliance had not heard from the regime leaders, confirming that their headquarters and their technology had been
destroyed, they took action, and arrived at the regime headquarters, but like the secret research labs, it to had dissapeared. The alliance began a search of the entire globe, in secret, to try and locate the regime, but they could be found no where.
After the war on Yuris uprising was over and the battle was won, there was a time of rest, and the two empires licked their battle wounds but as soon as the war was over, a new powerful threat emerged, the USA was hit first, citys whitnessed the awsome fury that was the Regime, Giant constructs emerged from the ground, spawning thousands upon thousands of troops and vehicles of unknown design into their streets, the battle was short lived, the presicion and swiftness of the attacked left america battered and stunned, and as for the rest of the allied forces, they again united in this time of need, the soviets saw this as an oppertunity to start an assault on the near emptied allied nations. But the Russians were met with the same cataclysmic result, their cities to suffered an awsome defeat to the Regime forces, and once again, the world was plunged into a dark and devastating war.
This is the stroy idea of the mod, as of yet i havent fully decided on units and structures and such, but this would be the jist of it, oppinions?
