neither is impossible; but they only way he could get it to work, took like 20 lines of coding per new ini tag. I myself dont know exactly how to make a working tag, but it is hard work. it does add new dimensions to mods on the other hand.

Not even that is impossible.

But regarding the HUGE amount of work you'd have to do (i.e. writing your own scripting language, in machine code), you can consider it impossible.

@ Death:
Then tell your friend to make it.
I'm curious about the results.

he did make it. he says already, strictly, he wont release it. im trying to bugger it out of him....but he just wont release it. He spent like a year on it. And making the tags, like i said, does work. some wont work, but most do. He made it possible to deploy anything into anything. an infantry unit could deploy into a tree or likewise- you could make a real tree walk. It was pretty cool. I get to play on it every once and a while.

Death, tell your friend he could gain great riches and fortune if he made himself known to us.

Last time I heard claims of "I hacked the EXE/TLB and added shitloads of good stuff but I won't/can't release it", some programmers proved the guy was talking shit, then he pretended to have caught leukemia and dissapeared.

In other words, either Death is talking crap (as usual), or his friend tricked him (surprise, surprise). Attention wh**es.

Similar here...after not bringing proof for several weeks, the guy pretended to have to do lengthy stuff offline that'd pretend him to come online, but he'd return after a few months and show all of us, so we'd fall to our knees and apologize...

Never seen him again. Or at least he doesn't reveal himself.

well, im not talking shit, and thats what my friend did. he cannot put it on the internet anyway, it would take him hours to get it online, seeing as how he has dial-up. Plus, he made it for personal use, mostly as practice. he hates publicity. i could try to steal it from him, but that would be a bad idea. And i wont be dissapearing anytime soon. Even if i lie about something, and im caught, then ill just get over it. And i know this works. some programmers can even go and see for themselves.

Give us a video of it in action. Anything. You have to understand that what you are saying is completely unbelieveable and laughable too, which is why we are so skeptical. I mean, come on - a guy who hates publicity? Is he a Hollywood star or something?

no. i realize it is hard to believe. to be truthful, i dont care who believes me or not. i know why everyone is sceptical; i dont care. i dont have proof, except my word. if anyone believes my word, fine. its not my fault it cannot be release; but it is a worthy project to start, even if it is never finished, because not only will it give the person committing to the project more experience, it might help out the modding community some other way. and anyway can prove that i am correct if they know how.
