Default my new project....

Ok, well, we have many projects out there, to help people learn how to mod. I am starting a project, to TEACH people how to mod. I already have what I need setup, a website setup, and a few courses setup. I need some teachers, who have atleast 1 or 2 hours each day to teach new members. Then, i'll get stuck in google- a RA2/YR Mod School.address of it is Virtual hut Schooling

I doubt anyone would want to spend that much time when mostly anything to get started is covered in tutorials and if you can't get on the road with the tutorials, it's usually because you're not smart or creative enough to make something decent anyway.

yeah, but this would allow for things not covered in tuts to be tought- plus more advanced things can be taught, along with balancing the game and ect. Just because all I have right now is basics, doesn't mean it won't get better. and me, I can teach all on my own.....Just need people to teach.

N00b don't want to be teached, because they "know it all" already.
Newbs, with a real will to get into modding, don't need to be teached.

About balancing the game... everybody shall have his own style there.
Imagine every mod was balanced in the same way... boring.

IMO.

yeah. but its always good to have them know exactly HOW to balance it, so that they get the grips. my mod at first was seriously unbalanced since the GI could beat anything. but i fixed it.

You could try writing an idiot's guide/article on balancing, that would be useful and pissible but i doubt an actuall live class would ever work due to timezone problems, lack of new modders(heck it's been years since RA2/YR shipped)lack of teachers and lack of time nowdays

If you really wanna do it my suggestion is providing the potential students with tasks(and tutorials on how to comlete them)to avoid devoting your precious time teaching bricks(bricks being greek slang for a slow learner, useless fact of the day #34523  )
