If you want planes to come out of warfactories you have to change their locomotor to jumpjet(Blackhawk) and move them to the VehicleTypes list if that's what you're asking

i figured it out i deleted the aircraft types section

Mybe he got mad because his unit didn't worked and in a fury storm he deleted the AircraftTypes section to take revenge on the Rules.ini file.
