Yeah i have active animations for my mod but the I dont know how to turn them from SHP to GIF. One thing I need is buildups. I can do them myself but it''s boring as hell.

People change shps to gifs in three steps:

1) Convert the shps to jpg, pcx, or png with XCC Mixer.

2) Use a program that supports gifs and jpg, pcx, png etc. to change the images to gifs.

3) Use a program that creates gif anims to change your gifs into one gif animation.

And that is about it.

you don't really need step 2 because most software that writes GIF reads all the others you mentioned, except maybe not PCX.

I'd got for PNG because JPG sucks and PCX isn't as suported as it used to be.

Yes, that is very likely but some applications only support gif. EG the second step.
