Graffitti has a natural skill with shps. He is also one of the most creative modders around. I am glad to be working with him.

animation shop 3 is great, it comes packaged with paint shop pro. i don't think it comes with 9 though, only 8 and earlier, but i don't know how much earlier... definitly with 7 and 8.
