No I do not blieve that DC. What I do believe, is that the developers did not strongly consider the "bugs" to be called bugs - since they never hindered the end-user play experience (unlike the bugs they fixed with their own official patch). What PaD's patch does is refine the exe code in a modder's eyes by hacking into it - not by fixing bugs.

what about UMP then?

That just highlights lazy copy + paste like the tech flag freezing on the civilain power plant when on low power

Lets, clarify this. PD is a hacker as he so many times has said. RTB is a hack! It adds new stuff for modders to use. It fixes 0 bugs. What some people call bugs, are just things that are just "there." Its just how things are made, and if you want to modify the game, get used to it! Because, no matter how much you don't like it, those things work perfectly fine.

And bear in mind that RA2 was naver meant to be moddable...
Comparing CnC inis with other game's files i have modded(Total war series)westwood work is kinda sloppy indeed though...Half the stuff in rules.ini for instance is garbage(leftovers and comments)let alone the rest of the leftover stuff (There are leftovers in almost every game's files but not in such numbers!!)
Nevertheless as DC wisely said

This is a notice to everyone looking for mod updates here. My friend SoldierofLight

is currently making a mod for Zero Hour called [Generals:Resolutions].

After discussing it with him, I have decided to postpone my Final Conflict

mod and help him with his mod. This will help the Zero Hour mod get

done faster and completed with better quality. I thank everyone for

supporting my mod and I hope you will support [Generals:Resolutions]

even more. An update topic has been started in the Generals Editing

forum. Stop by and check it out if you have time.
