Colours for Revolution

new sides, Einstein, Russia Elite, Yuri Revolution and Civic Republic.

opinions of what you think.

note, if you don't know much about CDA, they are pretty high tech by combining allied and soviet technology, and adding some of their own(Infact most of it is new).

these new sides are subsides of existing sides. colour 8 is the CDA logo colour, so its a good choice for CDA. also, einstein has previously been green in some missions, so, green is a good option here.

but, you go ahead and pick what you think is best.

Russia Elite-Black(make a new one)
Yuri Revolution-13
Civic Republich-Dark Blue(make another new one)

If you are using RP then you should make new colors.

there are already other colours to choose from, maybe i should make a new grid and add those to it.

i can't wait till PD allows more than 8 colours in multiplayer/skirmish.

theres also a problem with using black.

black is messed up for messages and alerts and it looks kinda bad

black is no problem as long as you don't use pure black.
i used 221,0,96 (HSB) and it's great, doesn't destroy remaps but doesn't look too bright either

Oh an, grey for Einstein, brown for Russian Elite, dunno for the others.
use green for the civils, green isn't used yet.

Einstein A5

Russian Elite D3 (well, not pure black. As PD says, it is perfectly possible to use "black" as long as its light enough to read the text with a black background. I use 0,0,75 myself).

Yuri Revolution F4 (almost GDI Gold)

Civic Republic Either D2 or something even brighter - as close to white as possible without it being confused with white itself.

Reasons? Because I think these colours suit their teams, 'nuff said

Russia Elite D3 (as black as possible)

Yuri Revolution A1(gold or orange)

Civic Republic D1 (grey would be better for Civilians)

no he didn't, he used C3. A5 is something i very recently added

they arn't exactly civilians, they are an off shoot of CDA, which is an incredably advanced army.

Stealth Technology, Liqued nitrogen(Railgun logic), flames, and some really big guns. not to mention subterannean.

C3 for einstein
Something dark, for Russia elite, Probably a darker version of E1.
B4 for yuri revolution
A5 for Civic republic (CDA colours are yellow and logo colour is turquise, just like A5.)

another note, D1 grey is popular, i've heard it sugested for all 4 sides

i need more opinions though, i've heard all kinda of stuff sugested, although when someone says yuri, i instantly think "Purple" i would like something different.

since both me and hunty agree with C3 einstein, and A5 CR, thats probably whats going to be used.

note: Civic Republic is the name of the country, not the side. since all the others sounds like side names, this could be causing some confusion.
