Back to topic, I have an idea, what about a radiation tower for Russia Elite and a virus-smoke tower for Yuri Revolution?
Huh, those ideas are kinda used on other mods, but not in a coolio way.
You could add those in a creative way....

artillaryish sounds more CDA, ioncurtainish mirage, einstein is going to use more of this, so, not a good idea.
radiation? too many things are immune to it. Virus smoke? not bad, but, that only effects infantry, i want something that will effect tanks too...
i actually had a nice idea for a yuri base defence, till i tried it...
the weapon mutates infantry into contagions(it also uses a phychic jab against tanks, simular effect to the brute smash), which is basicly a brute, but turns infantry into more contagions. way too powerfull and theres a 0.1% change the contagion created will be of side neutral, if that happend, we are all doomed. the AI won't attack it, you have to force your units to attack it, so, if 1 neutral 1 apears, it will mutate infantry into more, untill there's enough of them to take out an entire base pretty fast, and once they've finished with whoever they are attacking, the move and and attack someone else. so, basicly, you've got an army of 500 contagions coming after you that you have to target manually, and mutating them into contagions is no good, since they will be mutated back again.
me thinks i'll have to do some safeguarding on those contagions, making them type immune, and un-effective against allies, so you can't go turning your slaves into an army of contagions, nor mutate enemy contagions into your own(they are already infected, they should be immune to being re-infected) should also make it 1 hit kill on infantry for the full effect of a quick acting mutation virus.
making the virus shoot a new contagion bullet that mutates its target into these new brutes? aslong as contagions become immune to contagion, i'd say its a good idea. maybe make contagion a phychic effect? allowing mind control resistant infantry to be vacinated against this contagion? such as hero's and some yuri units(if i remember correctly, its the yuri clone, and brute(and contagion))? would kinda be fitting for yuri to make himself, his clones, and his creations immune to 1 of his weapons.
opinions on the contagion?

Umm... dunno if anyone's suggested it, but yeah... like whiteboy said, artillery... I'm thinking shrapnel. Or, cluster flak, flak shot into the air, blows up, and scatters random spots close or hitting enemy units.
As for Yuri... It might sound stupid, but you know the chaos drone gas? Makes units go crazy and even attack friendlies? You could make a weapon that fires that, using the Ghost Stalker... I think that's it... firing ani from TS. I'm not sure if it's still there, but if it could be colored red, it would work with the gas... only real difference between that and the mindcontrol tower would be the chaos gas one would be unlimited targets. Sorry if that doesn't appeal to you, but it's all I really got. Probably might use those in my mod... heheh. I'm... out of ideas.

that weapon from the ghost stalker is a railgun, which is currently used for liqued nitrogen on CDA.

why not make the contagens attack, and have a 25% chance of making another contagen, with a 1% chance of that contagen making a nuetral contagen? Then, it will only be a problem if you let it happen.
Or, why not make another "special" country that is unplayable but is attacked by both AI and not required to force fire on and make the nuetral contagen become this special country?
Might work...
And for defenses, why not make a large grand-cannonish weapon that launches artillery shells filled with flak or acid that explodes? If you use acid, you can make it have a small chance of making mutagens, if the unit survives (that would be your soviet replacement, pherhaps?).
Then make a laser tower that fires a beam that chrono's units to a location on the map?
Or a beam tower that you can use on your own units to chrono them anywhere within a short distance with no chrono effects, that link together to make a longer distance? (maybe using healing logic to be able to fire on your own units?)
And then do the same thing for your soviet-replacement with iron curtain and then do for your yuri replacement an invisiblity one. If done right, those would be awesome...and for the allies, it would create a large hazard and a goal for the other teams- destroy the allies chronorail!
