what do the Disrupt, Tool, and Treat supers do?

tool is the action for RepairSpecial i.e. emergency repair for vehicles

treatspecial is emergenct aid i.e. emergency heal for infantry

disrupt is emp pulse which renders any ground unit immobile for a short period of time.

AG isn't the 4th side boss, thats me. I researched the entire logic system that PD used as a template in his patch, he even used my mod for testing it.
