I find it quite funny, these "limited editions". To this day, my local game store still has as many copies of the Halo 2 "Limited Edition" as it does the regular game. And limited editinos are cropping up all over the place with new releases. What happened to the days when limited editions were actually...gasp... LIMITED?

My suggestion would be to show the community your mod. I never really asked for help until the final stages of my mod, yet I received offers for help because I had shown some substance and people became intetested. These days, all I have to do is politely ask and it's likely that someone will be around to help out.

Prove your work is worthy of working on.

btw, are you sure that these limited editions are actually selling? in queytech there is a copy of creatures 3 internet edition on the shelf, I'm sure its been there for years, since the internet edition was replaced with exodos, where you get 2 extra free norn breeds(that you would normally have to pay to download if you got the internet edition).

Lol, i dont see why they shouldnt sell. RE4 limited edition was same price as normal so why not get it?

problem is, when we get new people, they always go off and start their own mods, not getting very far, then quiting after a few months, we need more people to band and work together to actually get somewhere, like graphitti and chris.
