我十分感谢大家的答复，虽然没能帮我解决问题。
对那位德国人我表示遗憾，我觉得他不礼貌，也许是我不懂英文而不能领会他的意图。
I thank everybody extremely the answer, although has not been able to help me to solve the problem.
I indicate to that German regretted that, I thought his politeness, perhaps is not I does not understand English but not to be able to comprehend his intention.
