Default Slow framerate

Why does sometimes the game gets obscenely slow in skirmish and then when I exit the game, I am forced to restart due to it not going back to Windows properly.

WTH?

too much going on, using destruct anims ai path finding issues, use of certain scripts such as patrol waypoint

I have patrol scripts for all factions for my little mod, and maybe because I set AIBaseSpacing back to 1, since I had no frame issues when it was 2.

patrols scripts make the game slow down to the halt also never use AIBaseSpacing cos it makes the ai building crap especially on tiny maps.
