I've not modded any game for several years now (got married had kids). I trying to get back into the scene and have a little fun, but I'm stuck with a mod with no cameos. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks, Jesse

Use OS shp builder to apply the palette and after effects, same result as using photo shop but easier. Added a link to the palette anyway since you requested it. Cameo palette for photo shop

somewhere on there is a download containing palettes.

also, the easy way to get a palette is to use XCC Mixer to extract a cameo in the correct palette, then open that in your editing software, and save the palette.
