Default Medic cursor?

I've created a Field Medic for a project of mine, but how do I get the cursor to change to something more appropiate for a medic unit? Right now, it uses the "no can do" cursor instead. Please, explain away, I've been modding for quite some time and I just can't get the knack of how to go about this part.

Edit the appropriate frames in mouse.shp/.sha (can't remember the frames # off the top of my head, but you'll find them). Disable "Use compression" in XCC Mixer beforehand.

Or, you could assign SabotageCursor/MigAttackCursor to that weapon and edit their frames, but you still need to mess with the mouse.shp and sacrifice stuff.

Okay, thanks. Is that cursor actually used for anything in-game? I don't recall ever coming across it.

It's also used for the Tote action (carryalls). So if you want to use that too then you need to make the cursor look suitable for both things simultaneously.

I don't think the cursor ever appears in the unmodded game.
