hi. i dont know if this is the right forum, but it is the only one about RA2..

i tryed to use deezire mod for YR, and it worked. but i disabled it for the campaign. in the help files, it says that moving a file (a movie file, mocmd i tihnk) from the cd rom to the folder where RS2 is in will make the game serch the cd less, so i did that..

my comp froze when i was copying the file, do i dint think it worked. but the game ran fine, but without ANY vids! so i check the file, and it is 0kb. so i remove it and re-copy it. now that that is done, the game wont even load!! the screen turns black then goes back to desktop!

i have un instelled both ra2 and yr and im going to reinstell them. but i need to know this.

*is there any way i can restart the hgame from a sertin mission? when i got trouble i was on the one in Britan and i had to protect the thingy..

if there isny a ay i can restart from there, would i be able to use someones save file?

Well, if you didn't save your savegames before uninstalling the games, and the folder is gone now, you're pretty much fucked.

i am 100% sure that the last time i un instelled it it asked me if i wanted to remove the savegames.. but last time it didnt.. damn it..
