This file is one of the XCC Mixer's files. it contains information about Command & Conquer games series' MIX files. The XCC Mixer can be used to extract files within MIX files and perform many useful and precious modification tasks.

Mix is an archive (unlike zip,rar etc.). The mix archive info stored in the "global mix database" file.

i'm referring to the "global mix database.dat" file in your .ZIP attachment.

if you delete/remove it, your XCC Utlities will be useless..
