Default Need help about destroyed by (house) trigger...

Hi all!!!
First please excuse my english cause i dont speak english very well.... Second i'll explain my goal... I want to create a map Team king of the hill named cuba invasion... 2vs2 each have reinforcement of mcv that deploy in Barracks war and Ore... Next i want that frist team to hit the cuban flag will get the cuban building of the map, text trigger that says team 1 must defend the flag for 15 minutes to win...Now my problem is when i try to put the first triggers that must be i think :

1-12 attack - house civilian
----- event : when attacked by house - house=PlayerA

But it just dont work...i tried to change house to american or whatever...the only thing that change is if i change house of the event to american... In skirmish that work but in multiplayer it cause problem..... Can somebody tell me how please?????

Most events cannot take <Player@X> as the parameter, only a listed country. This prevents you making maps like this. Cannot be done I'm afraid.

Maybe there is a way? I was thinking on it.

I haven't mapped in awhile, so forgive me if I'm wrong.

Maybe give the flag a non-playable country as a house. Then give the flag a trigger starting a countdown until the player wins, then force the player win trigger. That is, until another house captures it.

Of course the flag would have Capturable=yes logic.

Once again, forgive me if I'm wrong

Ok so in multiplayer i cannot use the event attacked by if i understand right.... But i'll try the trick to take the flag with an engeneer that was my third idea... In second i asking myself if i can pick the event celltag entered by.... But i think it will be the same as attacked by and will not work..... So thanks for ur answer guys i'll try the engeneer!!!

Last think i'm just think about... Do u think i can make the flag with event destroyed by anything but when the flag is destroyed another one will appear with a trigger on it or it's impossibl;e.... Cause to cell the trigger to the object i need to double click on it but if he's not in my map i will not be abble....But is there a way with celltags or waypoints or event in attachin a tag to the triggers that make appear the flag...????

Finaly guys i try to use two flags instead of one...Using attacked by anything as event.... i create all the triggers but in multiplayer i got an error....please can somebody help me there is the map... i suggest to try it with allied nation... http://dup.servebeer.com/XDownloads/cuba.yrm

the only people who still come to this forum are people like you asking question. the people who know the answers do not come to this *Dead* forum any more.

listen to blade, he is the most experienced modder around, and it i'm not even a mapper, so, if blade says it can't be done, then it can't be done.

Ya it cant be done using event when attacked by house but i can use event attacked by anything.....

The basics of <Player@X> is that it can't be the owner of a trigger (which screws many of the possibilities) and it won't act as the country parameter for most events. There have been many ideas for map types that would need special maps like the assault maps do, but because of <Player@X> limitations, we haven't been able to make any of them work.
