Default Deezire and rules.ini

Hello there all; I have a minor question or two...

First of all, I have the Deezire mod installed, version 8. I would like to edit the rules.ini file to do a few things (specifically eliminate the shroud in multiplayer and eliminate the AI's cheating extra income, as I pretty much only play skirmishes and it's very annoying to have 3+ AIs with insane amounts of money hammering on you.) However if I extract the rules.ini file and edit it, and then leave it in the RA2 directory, all the extra stuff Deezire adds does not take effect! Is there a way for Deezire to live happily with a rules.ini file in the directory?

Also I'm wondering, and this might need its own thread, would it be possible to give the anti-air missiles from the Apocalypse tank to the Abrams, as well?

easy. first, get xcc mixer made by olaf der spek if u havent yet. Then open either expand01.mix (for ra2) or expandmd02.mix (for YR), and extract the rules or rulesmd.ini to ur folder. then u just do w/e u want with it.

eh, simply add the line "Secondary=MammothTusk" under the abrams section and now it has the weapon.
