Need help plz making a new mod
how do i make a new loading screen for RA2 NOT YR.
i use xcc mod creator and xcc mixer shp builder.
And Paint not psp.

This has been covered years ago. You should try reading tutorials or search for this thread here. Windows paint doesnt do much. You should have a better image editor.
