Is it possible to have an infantry with a Genetic Mutator gun? I need one for my mod.

Yes, course it is, just have a weapon with Warhead=Mutate. Put damage to 200 - 250 if you want it to mutate infantry in one shot. With the Mutate warhead, it will do no damage against tanks.

or u could just put the genetic mutation infantry death on the warhead to that gun and it will work.......................
