My Tiberium Wars game sometimes crashes when I build a lot of tanks or build a second Tiberium Refinery. My computer meets all the requirements except one: its CPU runs at 1.86 GHz and the game requires at least 2.0 GHz to run. How can I fix this problem without upgrading my processor? If I can't, which processor is the best to run C&C 3?

Technically, this is a Tiberium Wars Editing question if editing the game will fix the problem.

Do you have a core 2 duo?

If you do then then you more than meet the requirements, since a C2D is the equvilant of a around a 4Ghz P4

I got a Dell XPS M1710 notebook with Core 2 Duo 2.33Ghz, 2 gig Ram and 512MB Geforce GTX graphics. It runs all details on silky smooth so I'm wrapped.
