Someone said somewhere that they are based on Macromedia Flash. How do we know this? Did EA say so?
Do APT files have the same concept of a "frame" as flash files do?
What else do we know about them (not in terms of the file format, in terms of what they can do and what items they may contain)

Assassin told me that at the summit they said they were based on Flash files, thats all I know about them.
