I have released Palestinian ModMaker 0.3 for C&C3 Tiberium Wars. It allows you to edit all the graphics, compiled xml elements, and INI files from Command and Conquer 3, all in its IDE.

This program is banned by racists on some C&C3
modding forums. If you want it to appear there,
you will have to fight the admins for your right
to post it.

This has nothing to do with being racist or not...
It's that your licence is nothing then your personal political statement.

This program may not be used in or exported to Israel until it either ends its
occupation of the West Bank, Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon and anywhere else it may
invade in the meantime (eg Iran), or it abolishes apartheid in all its
territory.
You also must not use this program for any military purposes, or on military
bases.
You also must not use this program in conjunction with C&C Generals unless
you acknowledge that C&C Generals is disgustingly racist.

If you really don't want your program being used in Israel, you shouldn't have uploaded it. It's not possible to control something like that. Everyone has access to this forum, and googlepages.com. The only way to get what you want is, to delete your file from your server, or ask Deezire (and admins of other websites) to ban IPs from Isreal. But no one will do that.

This is a cool tool, but it's licence makes it kind of.. unuseable.. please, just delete this stupid license.

I'm going to ask the creator to stop posting here about this program, or any other he has, if he can't remove his riduclulous demands and rhetoric from the license file.


You are well entitled to your opinions, But those opinions shouldn't have anything to do with modding command and conquer, nor does it have a place on these forums.
