I know. People have been blaming it on a timezone difference. Even if that's the case, it should have been up by midnight LA time, and I'm positive it's wayyy past that now. Bungie would never do this to us.

Darn EA, all that build up, will it be a new patch, will be the announcement of the next expansion pack, no, it's C&C TV, a real let down !
Although it looks okay, I recon they should have just come out with it, rather than building up hopes for better things :/ !

Holy God, I hate EA. I quit playing this ridiculously... lack-luster game about two months or so ago, and when I decided to see if anything cool was in the works, this 'Revolution' got me pretty excited. And then they give us this. What. The. Hell.

If read on the EA fourm ( http://forums.ea.com/mboards/thread....261882&start=0) you'll find that alot of people were angered by this here's what APOC had to say,
Quote:
You guys seem to think that when we announce something no matter what it is that it detracts from what else we are doing.
LISTEN: This show is not detracting at all from our patch and MOD SDK efforts. Patch 1.07 is currently in QA and we are getting some localization text issues worked out. Once that clears, the patch will be en- route to our final approval process and live. I don't have an exact time frame yet because of this localization issue, but it will be out this month.
The team working on this show is completely seperate and different from the team working on our patches and such. Neither affects the other.
This show is going to be like no other video game show you have seen before. In Korea there are 2 RTS tv show that largely follow Starcraft tournaments, leagues, etc. Blizzard has no official relation to the show other than "positive reinforcement" and occasional sponsorships. We actually looked at those shows and that market for some inspiration, but what we are doing is entirely driven out of our studio here and by our team.
This is as official a show for Command & Conquer straight from EALA as one could ask for right now )
The community for C&C is huge and deserves a cool show like this. We feel this will be a brand new media and entertainment opportunity for the community and has the ability to be driven by the community as well.
I'm looking forward to your feedback and input, this is a brave new world and i'm excited to be apart of pursuing it.
Thanks,
APOC

I would have been far more excited if they'd worked on the patch and finished it instead of wasting time researching and creating this! This would have been better off announced straight away clearly, instead of announcing it days before as" C&C3 revolutionized" or later on after something else!

dont mean to bash ya dude, but read the quote you just put up and then re-read what you typed...
they have a seperate team for the video project...so they arent wasting the patch team's time with that project...
but I do agree that that was a lot of hype for nothing...its basically false advertising...

Quite frankly if it was just a patch I would've head-desked 'til I could head-desk no more...
Honestly, how pathetic has it become that people would consider a patch (latest of several) revolutionary?

A patch that would actually fix more bugs than it introduces? For EA, such a concept is indeed revolutionary.
