Default new PostFX Shader?

Is it possible to do new PostFX Shader or override the old ones?
I looked for an xml or something else that declares the PostFX things but I've found nothing. Anyway I tried to name my new shader like an old one (want to make a different bloom effect because I don't like the one used in C&C3.. I tried the post Bloom shader found at the nVidia Website) but then after executing BuildMod.bat it stays the old one ingame.. any ideas?
