I'm having trouble finding a way to get a condition (like GARRISONED) create a status (like WEAPON_UPGRADED_02). It sounds simple, but I've not had much luck. Am I missing something obvious, like status and condition being the same or something? Does anyone know anywhere within the game that this is done, or a way I could use to do it?
