    Default New Yuri Country?

    Is there any way to either create a second country for Yuri's side or (plan B ) to convert an allied country (such as Korea) to become a Yuri country?

    Might as well go with Plan B, because the game is hard coded, in other words, you can add a new side or country to the game.

    Yes, (Plan B), make Korea be able to build only Yuri's units and stuctures, not the allied ones as before. Use the "Owner= " tag (and ForbiddenHouses= when necassary, I suppose).

    Okay, but what about the GUI? Wouldn't your method leave Korea with the Allied GUI?

    And is there an easy way to put it at (or near) the end of the drop-down list?

    IIRC, it is possible to switch soviet countries into yuri-countries, since he's just a mutated soviet...

    (i.e. same Pre- and Suffix, just different sides)

    you wish it is a problem o a GUI...Sydr0 once tried it and noticed that you ONLY can convert a soviet side into a yuri one..but looking into it:

    5 allies, 3 soviets and 2 yuris????...naaah

    Erm... with just changing the Owner= tags, the game gives me an internal error if any computer player is set as Korea. I'm pretty sure that the AI is trying to deploy an allied MCV and when it realizes that it has a Yuri one, it just doesn't work. Is there anything in the aimd.ini file to change that can fix this?

    try converting a soviet country...the game will work smoothley .

    I was willing to deal with a GUI problem, but this? Oh well. Forget it.
