    Default anoying MISSING error

    OK im trying to put a new army into the multiplayer scene, and all my changes thusfar are a-ok except for the ones that matter.

    I copyd the USA data and changed the names in an atempt to get my own army started.

    My Playertemplat.ini looks like this:

    Im not sure whats wrong but i get missing side error in the multiplayer team/map select screen place, then it crashes if my army isselected to play.

    Please help thanx in advance.

    P.s. i tryed the search first but after 3 pages of resaults for 'MISSING error' i gave up (there were 900ish resuts)

    There are two problems here:

    -- The MISSING error is because you are missing the strings. They are held in a CSF file (is it English.csf ? ), and can be edited with a CSF editor.

    -- The crashing sounds like its an error in the ini of the starting unit / building. Pull up Worldcraft, its a good debugger.

    I tried that and got some errors about science, at which point i came across this tutorial: http://gendev.game-mod.net/page.php?...nguard/faction

    It is supposed to help you make a new side based on the GLA... which i was prepared to settle on but then it still never worked. So i tried running Worldbuilder again and get 2 errors as follows:

    ASSERTION FAILURE: Duplicate science SCIENCE_Scudlauncher!

    ASSERTION FAILURE: Error parsing block 'Science' in INI dile Data\INI\Science.ini

    Then it closes due to runtime error which is because of the above i assume.

    I think this is because the tutorial i used said the science making tutorial wil come later so i copyed the GLA one and changed the name. How can i get around this because im not ready to make the sciences yet?

    Ahh.. The Error your having is because for some reason the SCIENCE_Scudluancher entry has been entered twice... Go and delete one of the duplicates and then try...

    The reason its enterd twice is because im using the GLA science tree, Ive deleted it and it complains about the mauroder tanks if i delete tiat it complains about rebel ambush, so i deleted it all and now it complains that i have not defined a science for my new side 'NewRegeim'. Probably because in my PlayerTemplate i was told to put SCIENCE_NewRegeim in the IntrinsicSciences bit.

    HELP!
