    Default rules.ini

    I'm having a hard time finding the rules.ini file

    Its not in the root folder, or ra2.mix or language.mix or cache.mix or theme.mix

    Any clues?

    it was in ra2(md).mix/local(md).mix. mix files act like folders , no, they are not hot swapable with folders...
