    It dont work. Primarily because you cant set any waypoints for the missile to follow...

    Its in the game purely to allow the relevant WorldBuilder script to get missiles to follow waypoints for cinematic purposes.

    try this. you can set way points for vehicles right??? well if you can, this prob isn't possible, make the weapon fire have it fire a vehicle, like the pilot ejecting. its and OCL. then the missile would be a unit and u could set its waypoints. just a thought......

    In Data\Scripts\Scripts.ini there is a worldbuilder script command:

    Code:
    ScriptAction
      InternalName = "NAMED_FIRE_WEAPON_FOLLOWING_WAYPOINT_PATH";
      UIName = "UNUSED/Unit/Fire waypoint-weapon following waypoint path.";
      HelpText="No Help."
    End
    I wonder if it can be turned into a command button in commandbutton.ini, together with some key mapping in commandmap.ini (in EnglishZH.BIG) to enable the setting of waypoints.

    I tried the script in a test map, it does not work. The tomahawk fires without elevating the TurretEL and the missiles flies straight at the starting waypoint of the waypoint path and detonates on the ground at that waypoint without trying to follow the path.

    The only thing i can think of as a kind of approximation to waypoint following behaviour would be to make the tomahawk into a factory and make the missiles into vehicles, then you can set a rally point for the factory and the vehicles will go there when produced, but it will be just a straight path, no bends, which kind of defeats the purpose.
