    Could someone please make a alternate war factory? It's not that I have a problem with the game but how are those units getting there!? It would look like a service depot with a chronosphere thingy on the back and the units would teleport in and drive off the service depo. Is this possible?

    Possibly,.... Maybe,.... Not a clue. But here is an idea to try, first of get the image of the wf made. Now here is two possibilities that I am just thinking of and that probably wont work.

    1. Try addind the chrono animation to the wf that would be used as the tank appears (similar to the doors opening or the roof opening on the original).

    2. If it has an arm like the service depo, then maybe if it swings up when the unit it made, it could have a chrono animation on it (similar to the repairing sparks of the original service depo).

    Now remember, I have never messed with building animation, I know nothing on the subject, and these are just ideas. I have no clue how you would actually do these, or if they can even be done.

    The tanks are built in the War factory...I know it does seem a little far fetched, but how else would you do it without inventing some strange technology to explain where the units came from.

    that would be the plausible explanation, Kravvitz. But in reality the tanks are just spawned out of nothingness. (you dont see that because the roof of the WF prevents you from seeing it..)


    therefore, I believe it is technically possible to use something along the lines of a service depot instead. the units would just spawn in the middle of it..

    Im not sure how you would go about using the chrono emission on it though.. perhaps add the chrono ring as part of the SD's active animation?

    Wow, I actually have something relevant to say. I'm soon going to be working on a war factory for the Scrin in my TS mod, that's basicly just going to be a gravity lift that beams down vehicals from the mothership. It's going to be shaped just like the repair bay... The unit spawning in the middle would work, but you have to have a bib just like on the repair bay, so the unit will appear on TOP of the structure. The active anim, and the build-unit anim (aka: Garage door opening for vehical to roll out) should be on TOP of the unit though. If you made the chrono ring the build-unit anim... it would work pretty dang well.
