I just installed Windows 7 and installed the mod over a v1.00 - it now crashes when you try to make a new game - it goes through the loading screen but then crashes before the intro cutscene. An unmodded version of the game works without a problem.

Just wanted to let you know. Love the mod!

I have the same problem, but also alot of graphical glitching on startup (nVidia logo and such) which doesn't happen on a unmodded game...

I have a problem with windows 7 and this mod. When I try to start it up nothing happen and I come back to the desktop. The game can't be seen as running in the task manager. It all starts with the latest update for my graphic card. GeForce/ION Driver Release 191.07.

same problem for me, tried all sorts, read in another thread installing it in vista worked and he just copied it to his xp install

in my desperation i looked for a working torrent with this pre modded (bit of a long shot i admit!) and obviously there wasn't one, which is a shame as i'd love to replay this game with this great mod! was thinking of trying the xp mode, but i don't have VT on my cpu so I couldn't use it on my computer

just tried on 2 other computers, running windows 7 32bit and another 64bit, and then a machine running xp, all have the same problem

is it possible the uk dvd isn't exactly the same as other regions? i'm not sure wareabouts you are from but I can't think of any thing else

I've just played the game using compatabilty mode, on XP Service Pack 2. I also ran it as an administator, and it works now. Maybe you guys should try this...

I read in another forum that running the installer in XP mode SP2 compatability sorts it, but that didn't fix it for me

so far i've tried running the game inevery compatability mode on the tab, installing it with the installer in xp compatability mode, i've uninstalled and reinstalled the game so many times i've just given up now!

have also tried it on 3 machines running various os's and still no luck, only thing I can think of is there may be reigional differences on the dvd? have only tried xp sp3 in a virtual machine to see if it would install but no luck on that either

would it be possible if someone could upload the modified files? or even I could upload the modified files from my install and someone could compare them?
