Modifying Units?

Hi, I'm new to modding and I have read a few of the earlier posts about finding the Rules.ini file, and I think I have that, but I was wondering about how to edit a unit's damage, cost, and how to change the type and number of units you receive from a paradrop.

To modify units, in the INI editing window, click on the Add button to add a new section. And then for the name of the new section you would use the name within the square brackets listed in the INI files for the unit you want to modify. For example, you want edit the Guardian GI of the Allied Forces, you would the enter GGI. And then underneath the new section you have created you would then click Add to add a new section content. Make sure you enter what attribute you want to modify follow by an equal sign and a value. You can always change the value once its added. But for example you want to change of the speed of the Guardian GI, go to that section and then click Add new section content and then add Speed=10 to the entry. I hope this helps!
