RA2 Questions

Hi everyone. Im new to this site and in editing RA2. I have a couple of questions to ask to all of you.

1. How do you make the Paris Tower buildable and not used by the AI?
2. How do you make the Allied Spy available for the Soviets?

Im using a TibEd Professional v1.71.

I'm also new and to avoid long discussions, open TibEd, select RA2 Paris Tower.
Then go to the last tab "manual" and add this code underneath:

Cost=100
Prerequisite=POWER
AIBuildThis=no

2. Select the Allied SpySat Uplink and delete the "Prerequisite" stuff, or better replace it with "POWER"
(so you need at least a power plant to build it).
